1. About This Program

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging programs operated by Endless Winning LLC, 11124 Great Neck Road, Riverview, FL 33578. By opting in you agree to these terms.

2. Two Separate Programs

We operate two distinct SMS/MMS messaging programs. Each requires its own separate consent, and opting in to one does not opt you in to the other.

• Service messages — discovery call confirmations, scheduling, appointment reminders, and account or project updates.
• Marketing messages — services, offers, events, and news.

3. How Consent Is Collected

Consent is collected through two independent, unchecked checkboxes on the booking form at endlesswinning.com. Neither checkbox is pre-checked and neither is required to submit the form. Checking one has no effect on the other.

Submitting the booking form does not grant any SMS consent. The form states only that we may contact you about your request by phone or email.

Marketing consent is collected separately and is never combined with service consent, form submission, or any other agreement. Consent to receive text messages of either type is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement, scheduled calls, and active projects.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

6. Opting Out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.

8. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing categories and will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability.
